Tour Itinerary:

Day 1/Tuesday             USA to Shanghai

Fly your hometown to Shanghai via our selected airline flights.

Day 2/Wednesday        Arrive Shanghai

Arrive Shanghai, the bustling cosmopolitan center of business and commerce of China. Upon arrival, our friendly will meet you and transfer you to Ocean Hotel or similar (4 star deluxe).

Day 3/Thursday            Shanghai (B, L, D)

Full day city tour includes The Bund (Waterfront), Yu Garden in the Old Town and the Jade Buddha Temple, also visit Shanghai Carpet Factory. This evening, after dinner, attend an amazing Shanghai Acrobatic show.

Day 4/Friday                Shanghai to Zhujiajiao to Shanghai (B, L, D)

Morning excursion to Zhujiajiao, a beautifully preserved riverside village, known as the new Venice of China, lunch at a local restaurant, afternoon visit the Shanghai Museum, the architectural master piece.  

Day 5/Saturday            Shanghai to Kunming  (B, L)

Fly to Kunming, “the City of Eternal Spring”. Transfer to Kunming Hotel or similar.

Day 6/Sunday              Kunming (B, L)

Drive to the legendary Stone Forest. The limestone formations consist of rock caves, arches and pavilions, about a mile of  labyrinthine trails. Enjoy a cultural performance by the Sani Yi minorities in their village.

Day 7/Monday              Kunming to Dali (B, L, D)

Fly to Dali in the morning. Visit the Three Pagodas, Xizhou Villages, batik making, cruise the Erhai lake, taste three –course tea of the Bai, enjoy the Bai Music performances in the evening. Check into Manwan Grand Hotel.

Day 8/Tuesday             Dali to Lijiang  (B, L, D)

Bus to Lijiang, situated in the northwestern part of Yunnan Province. Visit Dayan Town – a community of traditional architectures where living habits and clothing are unique.  Enjoy Naxi ancient music show. Check into Guanfang Grand Hotel.

Day 9/Wednesday        Lijiang (B, L)

Visit Yulong (Jade Dragon) Snow Mountain, Black Dragon Pool, Dragon King Temple, Wufeng Tower and Dongba Culture Research Institute.

Day 10/Thursday           Lijiang to Xishuangbanna (B, L, D)

Fly to Xishuangbanna in the morning. Sightsee the Manfeilong Tower Group, also known as Flying Dragon White Pagoda, built in 556. Proceed to Mengla Tropical Plantation. The botanical garden has more than 1,500 kinds of plants from China and abroad. Check into your hotel.  

Day 11/Friday                Xishuangbanna (B, L)

All day excursion to Manjinglan Dai Nationality Village where the houses are made of bamboo. Climb the bamboo tower houses, enjoy Dai customs and Dai nationality dances.

Day 12/Saturday          Xishuangbanna to Bangkok (B, L)      

Fly back to Kunming in the morning. Connect flight to Bangkok, Thailand. Transfer to Monarch Lee Garden Hotel.

Day 13/Sunday             Bangkok (B, L, SD)

Morning city tour to the Grand Palace’s gilded pavilions and majestic residence of Thai royalty. Also visit Wat Phar Keo, site of the wondrous Emerald Buddha. This evening enjoy the Thai classic dinner dance.

Day 14/Monday            Bangkok (B, L)

This morning tour a Floating Market on a river cruise past the Temple of Dawn. Free to explore the rest of the day.

Day 15/Tuesday           Bangkok to USA (B)

Early morning return flight to USA. Arrive home the same day.
