Day-by-Day Itinerary:

Day 1/Apr 26/Saturday Pittsburgh to Beijing

Fly Pittsburgh to Detroit via NW1917 (9:45AM/10:45AM), connect NW85 to Tokyo departing at 2:10pm.

Day 2/Apr 27/Sunday Arrive Beijing

Arrive Tokyo at 4:10 pm, connect NW19 to Beijing (6:45pm/9:40pm), upon arrival Beijing, the capital of China, a friendly English speaking guide will meet you and transfer to your deluxe Kingwing Hotel or similar.

Day 3/Apr 28/Monday Beijing B, L, D

Today you visit Tiananmen Square, the famous Forbidden City, the Temple of Heaven where the Qing Emperors worshipped and the beautiful Summer Palace.

Day 4/Apr 29/Tuesday Beijing B, L, ID

Full day excursion to the Great Wall of China that now offers a cable car to the summit. Later, on the return, drive along the famed Sacred Way to visit the museum of the Ming Tombs. Enjoy an acrobatic show in the evening.

Day 5/Apr 30/Wednesday Beijing to Xi'an B, L, D

Fly to Xi'an . Upon arrival, your tour guide will take you to a city tour around this ancient city. Check into to ANA Grand Castle Hotel.

Day 6/May 1/Thursday Xi'an B, L, ID

Excursion to the Museum of the Terra-Cotta Warriors, Ban Po Neolithic Village and Huaqing Imperial Hot Spring.

Day 7/May 2/Friday Xi'an to Guilin B, L, D

Visit the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, the Ancient City Wall and the Forest of Stele. Fly to Guilin in the afternoon. Transfer to Royal Garden Hotel or similar.

Day 8/May 3/Saturday Guilin B, L, D

Embark on a gorgeous cruise on the Li River. Experience the magical beauty of limestone rock formations and farmland commonly seen in Chinese landscape paintings. At Yangshuo, browse at the free market, then drive back to Guilin.

Day 9/May 4/Sunday Guilin to Shanghai B, L, D

Visit the Reed Flute Cave, Fubo Hill and Elephant Trunk Hill. Fly to Shanghai in the afternoon. Transfer to Shanghai Hotel or similar.

Day 10/May 5/Monday Shanghai B, L, ID

Full escorted visit to Yu Yuan Garden, the Bund (waterfront), Nanpu Bridge and the People’s Square.

Day 11/May 6/Tuesday Shanghai to Pittsburgh B

Transfer to airport for your return flight to USA.

Fly to Tokyo via NW86 (9:40am/1:25pm), change plane in Tokyo, fly Tokyo to Detroit (2:50PM/1:35PM), connect NW1914 to Pittsburgh (5:15pm/6:16pm).
