Oct 8/Friday ARRIVE BEIJING

Arrive Beijing at 5:05pm, upon arrival Beijing, the capital of China, your friendly tour guide will

meet you and escort you to Jingguang New World Hotel (confirmed).

Oct 9/Saturday BEIJING AB, L, SD

Full day private escorted tour of Tiannamen Square, the Forbidden City, the Imperial

Palace and the Summer Palace. Followed by a walking tour of Beijing’s Hutongs

(traditional courtyard neighborhood from Ming and Qing Dynasty). Welcome Peking Roasted

Duck dinner tonight.

Oct 10/Sunday BEIJING AB, L

Full – day private escorted excursion to the Great Wall of China, Mutianyu section, cable

car to the summit. Later, drive along the famed Sacred Way to visit the Ming Tombs.

Evening: Enjoy a traditional Chinese entertainment while sipping the tea and local dessert delicacies in Laoshe Tea House.

Morning tour to the Temple of Heaven where the Qing emperors worshipped. Afternoon free at leisure.

Oct 12/Tuesday BEIJING TO Xi'an AB, L

Take a morning flight to Xi'an via HU7137(8:15am/9:55am), your tour guide will meet you and

take to visit Xi'an Tang Dynasty sites: Ancient city walls, Bell Tower, Drum Tower and Big Wild

Goose Pagoda. Also visit the Great Mosque. Check into Dynasty Hotel (confirmed).

Oct 13/Wednesday Xi'an AB, L, SD

Today’s highlights includes the visit to the Archaeological Museum with more than 6,000 life-size terra cotta warriors and horses excavated from the tomb of the first emperor of Qin Dynasty. Also, visit the Huaqing Hot Springs and Neolithic Village of Banpo. Evening: enjoy the regional dumpling dinner, then attend the Tang Dynasty music show.

Oct 14/Thursday Xi'an TO GUILIN AB, L

Take a morning flight to Guilin via HU2307 (4:00pm/5:40pm), the most scenic city in China, your

tour guide will meet you and transfer you to deluxe Waterfall Hotel (confirmed).

Oct 15/Friday GUILIN AB, L

Embark on a gorgeous cruise on the Li River. Experience the magical beauty of limestone formations and farmland commonly seen in Chinese landscape paintings. At Yangshuo, browse at the free market, then drive back to Guilin through the picturesque countryside.

Oct 16/Saturday GUILIN TO KUNMING AB, L

Morning visit the Reed Flute Cave, Fubo Hill and the Elephant Trunk Hill. Fly to Kunming via

MU4590 (2:30pm/3:40pm), transfer to Harbor Plaza Hotel (confirmed).

Oct 17/Sunday KUNMING to LIJIANG AB, L

Drive to the legendary Stone Forest. The limestone formations consist of rock caves, arches and pavilions, about a mile of labyrinthine trails. Enjoy a cultural performance by the Sani Yi minorities in their village. Take an evening flight to Lijiang via MU4312 (7:45pm/8:20pm), transfer to Guanfang Grand Hotel (confirmed).

Oct 18/Monday LIJIANG AB, L

Today you visit the ancient town of Lijiang, situated in the northwestern part of Yunnan Province. Sightseeing include Dayan Town – a community of traditional architectures where living habits and clothing are unique, Yulong (Jade Dragon) Snow Mountain, Black Dragon Pool, Dragon King Temple, Wufeng Tower and Dongba Culture Research Institute. Enjoy Naxi ancient music show.

Oct 19/Tuesday LIJIANG to SHANGHAI AB, L

Take a morning flight to Shanghai via MU4511 (9:50am/2:05pm), upon arrival, visit the newly built Shanghai Museum- the architectural master piece, the Bund-waterfront, the People’s Square and bustling Nanjing Road. Attend Shanghai Acrobatic Show in the evening.

Check into Shanghai Huating Hotel & Tower (confirmed).

Oct 20/Wednesday SUZHOU DAY TOUR AB, L

Transfer to the train station and take an hour pleasant train to Suzhou, known as the “Venice of the East”. Upon arrival, visit the Tiger Hill, Hanshan Monastery, the Humble Administrator’s Garden, Silk Reeling factory and Silk Embroidery Research Institute. Return to Shanghai via an afternoon train, transfer to your hotel.

Oct 21/Thursday SHANGHAI AB, L

Today you visit the old town, Yu Garden, then drive to Pudong new area, see the Nanpu

Bridge and TV Tower – the Oriental Pearl.
