May 6/Friday ARRIVE BEIJING

Arrive Beijing, upon arrival Beijing, the capital of China, your friendly tour guide will

meet you and escort you to Grand Hotel (5 star, deluxe superior).

May 7/Saturday BEIJING (AB, L)

Full day private escorted tour of Tiannamen Square, the Forbidden City, the Imperial
Palace Museum, after lunch, visit the beautiful Summer Palace, Beijing Zoo/Panda Pavilion
(world’s largest collection of neurotic Giant Pandas); Beijing University ackler Museum
(archeology).

May 8/Sunday BEIJING (AB, L, SD)

Full – day private escorted excursion to the Great Wall of China, Mutianyu section, cable

car to the summit. Later, drive along the famed Sacred Way to visit the Changling Museum of the

Ming Tombs.

Evening: Enjoy a welcome Peking Duck Banquet.

May 9/Monday BEIJING to SHANGHAI (AB, L)

Morning tour to the Temple of Heaven where the Qing emperors worshipped. Followed by a walking tour of Beijing’s Hutongs (traditional courtyard neighborhood from Ming and Qing Dynasty).

Special –interest program of your choice. For example: Walk through ancient Liulichang artist district – 1,000 –year –old center for traditional artist implements and classical Chinese musical instruments; acupuncture clinic; just restored Dong Yue Temple, once the most important Taoist Shrine in China, first built in 13th century.

Take an evening flight to Shanghai, upon arrival, airport reception/transfer to Shanghai Peace Hotel (5 – star Superior Deluxe, suite is requested)

May 10/Tuesday SHANGHAI (AB, L)

Full day city tour of Shanghai, the metropolitan city which is becoming a symbolic of the rapid
growth of China’s economy, visit the newly built Shanghai Museum- the architectural master
piece, the Bund-waterfront, the People’s Square and bustling Nanjing Road. then drive to Pudong

new area, see the Nanpu Bridge and TV Tower – the Oriental Pearl. Attend Shanghai Acrobatic Show in the evening.

May 11/Wednesday SHANGHAI to Xi'an (AB, SL)

Today you visit the old town, Yu Garden, walking tour of Maoming Road, art deco neighborhood

in former French Concession. Lunch at M on the Bund Restaurant.

Take a later afternoon flight to Xi'an, one of the ancient capitals of China, upon arrival, your tour guide will meet you transfer you to Golden Flower Shangri-La Hotel (5-star Superior Deluxe).

Evening: Attend the Tang Dynasty Dinner Show.

May 12/Thursday Xi'an (AB, L, SD)

Today’s highlights includes the visit to the Archaeological Museum with more than 6,000 life-size terra cotta warriors and horses excavated from the tomb of the first emperor of Qin Dynasty. Also, visit the Huaqing Hot Springs and Neolithic Village of Banpo.

Evening: Enjoy the regional dumpling dinner.

May 13/Friday Xi'an TO GUILIN (AB, L)

AM: Visit Xi'an Tang Dynasty sites: Ancient city walls, Bell Tower, Drum Tower and Big Wild

Goose Pagoda. Also visit the Sha’anxi Museum –one of the world’s great repositories of Tang
Dynasty treasures: ceramics, paintings, imperial artifacts.
Take an afternoon flight to Guilin, the most scenic city in China, your tour guide will meet you and
transfer you to deluxe Sheraton Hotel (5-star Superior Deluxe, river front room request).

May 14/Saturday GUILIN (AB, L, SD)

Embark on a gorgeous cruise on the Li River. Experience the magical beauty of limestone formations and farmland commonly seen in Chinese landscape paintings. At Yangshuo, browse at the free market, then drive back to Guilin through the picturesque countryside.

Evening: Guilin specialty cuisine.

May 15/Sunday GUILIN TO HONG KONG (AB, L)

Private excursion to Guilin’s rarely visited Ming Palace. Thousand Buddhas Cliff, and Peak of
Solitary Splendor, also visit the Reed Flute Cave, Fubo Hill and the Elephant Trunk Hill.

PM: This City & Temple Tours which is specially designed as an introduction of Bangkok. Drive across the city into the inner core to see the contrast between old and new of Bangkok. Visit to the outstanding temples (Wat) such as - Wat Pho famous for its Reclining Buddha, Wat Trimitr, the world's largest Golden Buddha believed to be about 700 years old. Continue to Wat Benchamabophit, famous as the Marble Temple, which is built with white Carara Italian marble in a graceful architecture and house one of Thailand's most beautiful Buddha replica of Phra Phuttachinarat.

Full day Damnern Saduak Floating Market and Rose Garden tour: This tour takes you to Damnern Saduak started off by a drive through rice paddies and salt fields then on long tailed speedboats to cruise through the canals that lead to the market. Continuing onto Nakorn Pathom where the world's tallest Buddha monument is located before lunch is served at the Rose Garden. A cultural show is also included at Rose Garden. Overnight at Peninsula Bangkok (Deluxe room).

May 21/Saturday BANGKOK (B, L)

Morning: Grand Palace and Emerald Buddha tour - Visit the Royal Grand Palace, then explore the magnificent Wat Phra Kaew, Thailand’s most sacred temple with the revered Emerald Buddha, and other key attractions such as the Coronation Throne Hall, Royal Reception Hall, Royal Funeral Hall, the Golden Chedi, and the Royal Pantheon. Lunch at Royal Princess Lahn Luang Hotel.

Afternoon: Guided shopping tour. Overnight at Peninsula Bangkok (Deluxe room).

May 22/Sunday BANGKOK TO CHIANGMAI (B, L)
