Tour Itinerary:

 

Day 1 (Tuesday) USA to Shanghai

Fly to Shanghai via our selected airline flight

 

Day 2 (Wednesday) Arrive Shanghai

Take a morning flight to Shanghai , the bustling cosmopolitan center of business and commerce in China . Upon arrival, our friendly guide will meet you and transfer you to Galaxy Hotel or similar class hotel.

 

Day 3 (Thursday) Shanghai

This morning, visit the Old Downtown and the classical Yu Garden. Then visit the Shanghai Museum . The attractions include enormous fine stone sculptures, bronze-ware, porcelain, calligraphic works, Chinese paintings and ancient furniture. After the Museum visit, take a stroll to the Peoples Square , where you will find the best collection of modern architecture. If time permits, visit the Carpet Factory. Enjoy the famous Shanghai Acrobatic Show tonight.

Day 4 (Friday) Shanghai

Today's highlight is a visit to the Shanghai World EXPO. It covers a large area of over 5.6 Square KM with 27 master halls. The theme is to show all new creational hopes, concepts, designs, technologies, and present to the world a full potential of urban life in the 21st century as a significant one for urban evolution with New Approaches of Human Habitat, Beautiful Lifestyle. (Shanghai EXPO is valid for May 01 ¨C Oct.31, but on Feb.01-Apr.29, Nov.01-Dec31 pre & post exhibition might also available ). If Shanghai EXPO is not available,visit the ancient water-town of Zhujiajiao & Jade Buddha Temple .

Day 5 (Saturday) Shanghai / Beijing

Transfer to airport and fly to Beijing , the capital of China . Upon arrival, our guide will meet you and transfer you to Chang An Grand Hotel or similar class hotel. The rest of the day is free for you to explore the city on your own.

Day 6 (Sunday) Beijing

Full day tour includes the Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City, and the elegant Summer Palace . Also visit the Panda House at the Beijing Zoo.

Day 7 (Monday) Beijing

Morning tour to the exterior of the Bird Nest and the Water Cube for photography. Drive to the Great Wall Badaling and the Sacred Way to visit the Changling Exhibition of the Ming Tombs. If time permits, visit a Jade Carving Factory. Enjoy a cultural show tonight.

Day 8 (Tuesday) Beijing

This morning, visit another renowned imperial site ¨Cthe Temple of Heaven . Then visit the Beijing City Planning Museum and watch a 3D film which tells the glory, history and development of Beijing . In the a fternoon, take the old¨Cfashioned Pedicab to tour the historical Hutong area. If time permits, visit a Pearl Workshop. Enjoy Peking Duck Dinner tonight.

Day 9 (Wednesday) Depart Beijing

Transfer to airport for your flight back home or your next destination.
