Day 1 (Thursday) USA to Shanghai

Fly to Shanghai via our selected airline flights

 

Day 2 (Friday) Arrive Shanghai

Arrive Shanghai , the bustling cosmopolitan center of business and commerce in China . Check-into Galaxy Hotel or similar.

 

Day 3 (Saturday) Shanghai

This morning, visit the Old Downtown and the classical Yu Garden. Then visit the Shanghai Museum . The attractions include enormous fine stone sculptures, bronze-ware, porcelain, calligraphic works, Chinese paintings and ancient furniture. If time permits, visit the Carpet Factory. Enjoy the famous Shanghai Acrobatic Show tonight.

Day 4 (Sunday) Shanghai / Suzhou

Morning tour to the Jade Buddha Temple and Nanjing Road . After lunch drive (1.5 hours) to Suzhou , known as the Oriental Venice for its exquisite canals, artificial architectures and elegant gardens. Visit the Master of Nets Garden and Silk Embroidery Institute. Check into Bamboo Grove Hotel or similar class hotel.

Day 5 (Monday) Suzhou

This morning, visit the Humble Administrator's Garden and enjoy a cruise along the Grand Canal . Proceed to the Golden Rooster Lake & New Economic Development Zone; then visit the Ancient Water Gate.

Day 6 (Tuesday) Suzhou / Hangzhou

Drive to Hangzhou (2 hours), the city of nature beauty, also regarded as the " Paradise on Earth". Relax and take a Sampan Cruise on the picturesque West Lake . Also visit the Six Harmonies Pagoda. Check into Ramada Haihua Hotel or similar class hotel.

Day 7 (Wednesday) Hangzhou

This morning, climb the Isolated Hill & visit the Ancient Ink & Calligraphy Association ¨C another best place to view the tranquil & beautiful lake. Take a stroll along Qinghefang Ancient Street , and visit ¡°Hu Qing Yu Tang¡± ¨C the most famous Chinese Herbal Medicine Museum . Also visit the private lavish garden of Hu Xueyan - one of the richest merchants in last Dynasty.

Day 8 (Thursday) Hangzhou / Wuzhen

Today's sightseeing includes a visit to the region's most famous Tea Village . Drive to Wuzhen - one of the best-preserved ancient water-towns in China . Take a boat to Tong An Waterside Hotel or similar hotel for check-in. Visit the traditional houses, a rice wine brewery, a weaving workshop and dye house. Also visit a street corner opera stage, where you can enjoy a puppet show. This evening, you'll be treated with a local banquet.

Day 9 (Friday) Wuzhen / Shanghai

Explore this lovely town on your own in the morning. After lunch, drive back to Shanghai (2 hours). Check into Galaxy Hotel or similar class hotel. The rest of the day is free for you to explore the city on your own.

Day 10 (Saturday) Shanghai / Beijing

Transfer to airport for your flight to Beijing . Upon arrival, our friendly guide will meet you and

Transfer you to Chang An Grand Hotel or similar class hotel.

Day 11 (Sunday) Beijing

Full day tour to Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City, the elegant Summer Palace & the Panda House at the Beijing Zoo.

Day 12 (Monday) Beijing

Morning tour to the exterior of the Bird Nest & the Water Cube for photography. Drive to the Great Wall Badaling and the Sacred Way to visit the Changling Exhibition of the Ming Tombs. If time permits, visit a Jade Carving Factory. Enjoy a cultural show tonight.

Day 13 (Tuesday) Beijing

This morning, visit another renowned imperial site ¨Cthe Temple of Heaven . Then visit the Beijing City Planning Museum and watch a 3D film which tells the glory, history and development of Beijing . In the a fternoon, take the old¨Cfashioned Pedicab to tour the historical Hutong area. If time permits, visit a Pearl Workshop. Enjoy Peking Duck Dinner tonight.

Day 14 (Wednesday) Beijing to USA

Transfer to airport for your flight back home or your next destination.
