Day 1: USA-Bangkok
Our Asia vacation begins as we check in for our international flight bound for Bangkok .
Day 2: En-route
Spend the day aboard as we cross over the International Date Line.
Day 3: Arrive-Bangkok
Arrive in Hong Kong and catch a connecting flight to Bangkok , Thailand 's capital city. Relax and unwind a bit before attending a Thai Classical Welcome Dinner Show.

Day 4: Bangkok
Uncover Bangkok 's hidden charms at the colorful Damnern Saduak Floating Market, where hundreds of vendors convene daily in the myriad canals to sell their fresh produce and goods. After lunch, spend the afternoon free to explore the Kingdom's capital on your own, or take an optional tour to the Rose Garden. Stroll along the gardens of the cultural village and learn more about Thailand 's rich heritage at the Thai Culture and Elephant Show.

Day 5: Bangkok
This morning, we visit the Royal Palace , the city's most famous landmark and the former residence of the Royal Family. Continue on through is opulent complex to visit the Coronation Hall and the Temple of the Emerald Buddha, a symbol of divinity, power and enlightenment to the Thai people. After lunch, visit the Reclining Buddha Temple , and stop by a Thai Silk store and Gems Factory, where we learn about the processing of these precious stones.

Day 6: Bangkok
Enjoy the entire day free at leisure to explore this vibrant city at your own pace or take an optional excursion to the ancient city of Ayutthaya . Tour the dazzling remains of the monasteries and temples that showcase the past splendor of the dynasties. Then continue south of Ayutthaya to visit the exquisite Bang Pa In ( Summer Palace ).

Day 7: Bangkok - Singapore
Board a flight headed south to Singapore , where we are met by our local guide and are transferred to our hotel.

Day 8: Singapore
The ˇ° Lion City ˇ± of Singapore is one of Asia 's most vital financial centers, boasting a rich blend of Chinese, Malay, and Indian cultures. We begin our city tour with a visit to Merlion Park , home to the national half-fish half-lion symbol, followed by a tour of Thian Hock Temple , the ˇ°temple of heavenly happiness.ˇ± Continue on to visit a handicrafts center and stroll along the colorful streets of Little India. After lunch, enjoy the remainder of the day free at leisure.

Day 9: Singapore-Kuala Lumpur AB,L,DH
This morning, we leave Singapore and cross the border to Malaysia , an intoxicating country bordering Thailand and Singapore . Enjoy lunch in the sleepy town of Malacca and uncover its hidden charms on a city tour, with visits to the Dutch-built Christ Church, Old Town Hall Stadthuys, Porta De Santiago, St. Francis Xavier Church, and Cheng Hoon Teng Temple. Afterward, board our motorcoach and head to Kuala Lumpur .

Day 10: Kuala Lumpur
The nation's capital of Kuala Lumpur is the country's most modern city, boasting sleek high rises and international cuisine. Sightseeing today takes us to Kings Palace , the original city center at Merdeka Square , the National Mosque and the National Monument. Marvel at the Petronas Twin Towers , which stand at a towering 1482 ft . high and once claimed the title of the world's tallest building (from 1998 -2004). Continue on to visit the Batu Caves , a natural wonder that contains some of the oldest evidence of human habitation in Southeast Asia . Complete our city tour with a visit to a Pewter Factory, KLCC Shopping Mall and a traditional Batik Demonstration.

Day 11: Kuala Lumpur - Hong Kong
Transfer to the airport and catch a flight to Hong Kong, "Asia's World City ."

Day 12: Hong Kong
The energetic city of Hong Kong is considered a gateway between East and West, where ancient traditions exist in an ultramodern city. We begin our sightseeing by taking in the dazzling views afforded from Victoria Peak , followed by visits to open-air Stanley Market Repulse Bay and Aberdeen Fishing Village . Spend the remainder of the day free to explore the city, sample some of its famous street food, or do some last-minute shopping.

Day 13: Hong Kong ¨C USA
All good things must come to an end. We board our return flight back to the US , filled with fond memories of these fascinating lands.
