In order for us to process individual visa(s), we must have the following for each tour member:

•  Valid and signed passport

•  One recent standard color passport size photo

•  One complete and signed visa application form

Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of exit from the People's Republic of China .

We would appreciate you forwarding passport(s), photo and form between 45 to 60 days to departure date. Passports will be returned 2 weeks prior to departure with all final documents.

Please note that China Custom Tours is not responsible for any passport covers (leather and /or plastic). It is in your best interest not to submit them.

Please be sure that you complete the form in its entirety. Enter profession/occupation on the proper line. If retired, put down as retired on that line.

Put TOURISM as the purpose of your journey.

Put all the places you will visit, except TIBET or LHASA even if you will travel to Tibet, Just get a regular Chinese visa, provide us your passport number, nationality, Date of Birth, and your occupation, we will get the TIBET PERMIT for you in China.

A charge of $160.00 per person will be imposed for each individual visa of China . Please make the payment to China Custom Tours.
